Unable to find another property nearby which could provide a new family home, the owners took the decision to extend and completely update their existing home. Retaining the original structure, part sixteenth century, with Victorian and 1950’s additions, the client restored stonework, brickwork, and windows, and extended and reconfigured a large area to the side and rear of the property in a completely contemporary but sympathetic manner.
